Joseph McDougall serves as an associate attorney at McDougall, Self, Currence & McLeod, where his diverse educational and professional background significantly enhances his legal practice. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Furman University and later earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina Law School.

Admitted to the Bar in November 2023, Joseph brings a broad practice focus to the firm, covering Sports, Entertainment, Contracts, Business, Family Law, Appellate Law, Legal Research, and Writing. His unique perspective as a former collegiate athlete and his involvement in the music industry provide him with valuable insights into the legal challenges unique to these areas.

Joseph is a member of several prestigious legal organizations, including the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society, the South Carolina Association for Justice, The South Carolina Family Law American Inn of Court, and the American Bar Association.
